The Soyuz MS-25 spacecraft for the new International Space Station (ISS) crew including Belarus' Marina Vasilevskaya, Russian cosmonaut Oleg Novitsky and NASA astronaut Tracy Dyson rests on its launchpad at the Baikonur Cosmodrome, Kazakhstan. The launch of the Soyuz MS-25 spacecraft was canceled due to a voltage drop the chemical power source, Russia’s state space corporation Roscosmos head Yuri Borisov said on March 21.
