Specialists monitor launching of the Soyuz-2.1a rocket with the Soyuz MS-23 unmanned spacecraft into orbit from Baikonur Cosmodrome to the International Space Station (ISS) at the Mission Control Center in Korolyov, outside Moscow, Russia. The ship is flying in an unmanned mode to bring back to Earth the crew of the Soyuz MS-22 spacecraft, which suffered a depressurization on December 15, 2022.
