In this handout video grab released by the Russian Foreign Ministry, Estonian Ambassador to Russia Margus Laidre leaves after visiting the Russian Foreign Ministry headquarters in Moscow, Russia. Laidre were summoned to the Russian Foreign Ministry in connection with Tallinn's actions and ordered him to leave the country on February 7. The Estonian Foreign Ministry earlier this month ordered Russia to reduce the number of staff in its embassy in Tallinn starting February 1.
