The buildings of the Kyrgyz border post Min-Bulak damaged by shelling as a result of an armed conflict are seen in the village of Maksat on the Kyrgyz-Tajik border, in Kyrgyzstan. Large-scale clashes on the Kyrgyz-Tajik border flared up on September 14. Both sides agreed to a ceasefire several times, however the agreements have not been respected and mutual shelling continues.
