In this video grab, a view shows a pre-trial detention center damaged by shelling near the settlement of Olenivka, controlled by pro-Russian troops, Donetsk People's Republic. The Russian Defence Ministry said on July 29 that the Ukrainian military has attacked the jail with HIMARS rocket systems and killed dozens of Ukrainian prisoners of war who were captured after the fall of the port city of Mariupol in May.
