

In this handout photo released by Russian Space Agency Roscosmos, Soyuz-2.1a rocket booster, carrying the Progress MS-19 cargo spacecraft, blasts off from the Baikonur Cosmodrome, Kazakhstan. Progress MS-19 is to deliver to the International Space Station (ISS) 430 kg of fuel, 420 liters of water, 40 kg of compressed bottled nitrogen, as well as about 1,600 kg of various equipment and materials in the cargo compartment, including onboard expendable equipment of the ISS Russian segment, cable stacks for the Nauka Multipurpose Laboratory Module, medical control and sanitary facilities, clothing and standard rations for the 66th Main Expedition crew.
