Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and his Venezuelan counterpart Jorge Arreaza attend a meeting at the Foreign Ministry headquarters in Caracas, Venezuela. Zarif arrived in the Venezuelan capital on November 4 at the first leg of a three-nation Latin American tour which will also take him to Cuba and Bolivia.
