In this handout video grab released by the Russian Defence Ministry, a Russian paratrooper parachutes before landing near Franz Josef Land archipelago, in Arctic region, Russia. A group of Russian paratroopers were launched from Iliushin IL-76 plane from an altitude of 10,000 meters in the extreme conditions of the Arctic for the first time.
