The first stage of the special tactical exercise of the Federal Security Service's Special Task Force Center in Crimea. The personnel worked on the tactic to neutralize a group of unidentified armed people who seized the Crimea 2 self-elevating drilling rig and the tow ship Fyodor Uryupin and took hostage of 150 rig and ship crew members.
