In this handout video grab released by the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB), banknotes marked with invisible ink that were seized from Malgorzata Ewa Boksznajder, an employee of the International Bank for Economic Co-operation (IBEC) allegedly involved with an alcohol-smuggling scheme, are on display after her detention by FSB officers in Moscow, Russia. FSB has accused Boksznajder, a Polish citizen holding a diplomatic passport, of taking a bribe in exchange for forging paperwork that would have allowed spirits to be imported tariff-free.
