In this handout video grab released by the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB), Malgorzata Ewa Boksznajder, an employee of the International Bank for Economic Co-operation (IBEC), allegedly involved with an alcohol-smuggling scheme is seen taking a package which contained banknotes marked with invisible ink from another person before her detention by FSB officers in Moscow, Russia. FSB has accused Boksznajder, a Polish citizen holding a diplomatic passport, of taking a bribe in exchange for forging paperwork that would have allowed spirits to be imported tariff-free.
