Mitred Archpriest Oleg Teor, priest at Alexander Nevsky Church, Russia's first military church, who is in charge of the Diocesan Department for the Interaction with the Armed Forces of the Pskov Region. Mr. Teor is the father confessor of paratroopers. He repeatedly traveled to hotspots as a pastor and is the first awardee of the St. George set of vestments for a military chaplain since 1917.
